Looking for a peaceful place to call home with good vibes and great company? Welcome to our cozy haven in the safe and family-friendly suburb of Prestons! Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, our home is warm, welcoming, and full of heart.
We’re a Christian household—you’ll be sharing the space with me, my lovely daughter, and our playful toy poodle (who thinks he's the real boss!). We attend church regularly and value a home filled with kindness, faith, and respect.
Your private, fully furnished bedroom comes with a comfy queen bed, desk, and plenty of storage. The house has spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen (yes, we love food!), and a sunny backyard—perfect for morning coffee or winding down after a long day.
Rent includes high-speed internet, Netflix (movie nights, anyone?), laundry facilities, and a car spot. We’re just minutes from the M5 and M7, with parks, shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. It’s also super easy to get around—25 mins to the airport, 40 to the city by car, and buses just a short walk away. Rent including all bills is $300 and $325 for short term.
We’re looking for a tidy, kind-hearted female who appreciates privacy, a peaceful space, and a sense of community. Students are very welcome! We also occasionally host international students, so there's always something interesting happening.
