We are seeking one mature (open age) single student or FIFO worker that loves dogs, non-smoker (inside or out), and is clean & tidy.
The room has a king single bed, small desk, mirrored robe, opposite to semi-own bathroom (only used by odd visitor) with adjacent toilet (same again), parking space (driveway) for one vehicle, free wifi and some streaming services.
Sorry, but we don’t entertain partners or kids sleep overs, not objecting to people having them, it just doesn’t suit our lifestyle and harmony.
Slightly negotiable on price for cash.
