There is a super friendly Golden Retriever in the house.
We welcome dogs who would be compatible with a Golden Retriever and get on well in a 'meet-and-greet'. :)

A nice new bathroom and toilet for flatmates to share.
A large garden and pergola for barbecues and fire pit.

Dish washer and washing machine available (not tumble dryer).

The house is located so only a 2 minute walk to bus stop that is only about a 12 minutes easy trip to Werribee CBD, Werribee Metro Station or Wyndham V Line. The Werribee Metro to City runs about every 10 minutes and takes about 40 minutes.

We have herbs and mostly vegetables in the garden, as well as a worm compost, so if you would to try some gardening, please join in and get your hands dirty. :)

There are lovely walks along the Creek just 2 minute walk away. The beach is 20 minutes drive away.

We are a friendly home and also respect the privacy you need.
Please note friends can come in the day but not to stay over night unless agreed.

For couples staying in the room to cover bills, rent is $300 a week.
For single person with a dog rent is $250 per week.
