When you first move in you will be living with Mel (hi that’s me!) and Kylie (and her super cute Yorkie Winston). Tram stop (tram line 59) is right across the road and about 1-2 minute walking distance to the Essendon train station. This place is great as it's extremely convenient and it's secured, not every can enter the building unless they have the touch on security card so the safety is definitely there and there's a big balcony with a good view where you can chill with a drink or read or even just to relax. Moreover, the Windy Hill fitness club is right across and there's access to gym facilities also aquatic facilities and just make sure you keep the place clean and neat all the time.
