Hello :) We have a room available in our beautiful Brunswick home in an amazing location. The place is a beautiful apartment built in the late 1800s above a Spanish restaurant on Sydney Road. The house is bright and filled with sunshine and lots of colourful decorations. We have a full music set up with decks, vinyl player and speakers in our psychedelic lounge room overlooking Sydney Road. We also have a well stocked kitchen and an additional lounge room with super comfortable leather recliners for relaxing in. The house is in an incredible location with everything you could possibly want or need right there on your doorstep. Within just a few minutes walking distance there is numerous op shops, organic and fresh food stores, the Brunswick Library, the Brunswick Baths (with pool and gym), Barkly Square plus a huge array of restaurants, cafes and bars. Savers the recycle superstore is literally across the road, you can watch the coming and goings through the window. Venues such as the Retreat Hotel, Rubix Warehouse and My Aeon are just minutes away. There is also a Safeway just outside the back door and an Aldi just across the road. The house is extremely well connected to public transport. The house is a five minute walk to the Brunswick train station on the Upfield line. The Number 19 tram line is literally on our door step and the 1, 6 and 58 less than fifteen minutes walk away. There are also various buses that can connect you to the east and west.
