I'm am very easy going and at a stage in my life where my focus has changed from the party days to building a business, enjoying time with my dogs, catching up with friends when I can and keeping up with my training and fitness. Not boring by any means but not living the party life and the house is not a party house. The apartment is fully furnished and has all the toys and appliances you could ever want for playing sport, cooking, socialising, or relaxing. The two of us in the house are both Monday-Friday professionals who are pretty active when we're not working, whether that's going for a ride, run, swim.
