The street is brilliant, wide and tree lined and super close the bay, Albert Park Shops, Port Melb, and South Melb Market. The area is really chilled with beautiful parks at either end of the street. There's tram stops within 5 mins walk to get into the city. The house is a 2 bedroom terrace, with newly renovated bathroom and separate toilet. It has both a rear courtyard and small front yard. There is great off street parking directly out the front of the house that is unlimited and doesn't require a permit. Minimal traffic goes through the street. I have it fully furnished except for the bedroom you would rent. I'm absolutely open to you bringing furniture/art to replace what I have and working through what is a best fit to make it feel like home to us both. There is an outdoor space for bicycles, sitting in the sun, drying washing, gardening etc. The rent is extremely good value for Albert Park (arguably the best suburb in town!). This home is peaceful and the living area is TV free (ideal for those who prefer reading, talking, writing, studying, playing guitar etc!). The house has 2 medium sized dogs so dog lovers only! :) Close to everything you want to be close to: - 3 min walk to the beach - 1 min walk to the tram (tram takes only 15min to the city - option of either the #12 or #1 tram) - 5 min walk to shops and cafes - Cycle to the city in 15-20min - Bike track along the beach if you want some sea air - Beautiful wide, tree-lined street - House has Wifi - If you happen to like swimming, rowing, sailing, kite surfing, sitting in the sun on the beach, or good coffee, these are all walking distance (Albert Park lake, beach, MSAC swimming centre, great cafes). I'm fairly flexible with length of stay (no problem if you're seeking a short term stay of several weeks or several months). The house is fully furnished, including the rooms (but I don't mind if you prefer to bring your own furniture). - Room 2 currently has a double bed, wardrobe, and dresser/desk. - Room 3 has a single bed, desk, small bookshelf, and hanging clothes rack. This is not a party house and wouldn't suit a smoker or a heavy drinker and definitely no drugs. Also, would not suit somebody who is addicted to facebook, or who needs to photograph everything they do or upload their personal life constantly onto social media (looking for somebody who prefers to respect each other's peace and privacy at home).

Supermarket and cafe strips just blocks away, or you can catch the tram to Clarendon Street or The South Melbourne Market. It's probably about 20-30mins to RMIT by tram.
