The backyard area is primed for summer drinking sessions, gets plenty of sunlight and will be completed with beer garden style fairy lights soon. Loads of fridge space and all that kind of stuff, every appliance you could need. The room has an electric heater built in but the worst if winter has passed, there's also a fireplace that's been getting a workout in the living room. I'm only moving out to a more permanent place with my girlfriend but have loved my time in the house. It provides the right amount of privacy and socialising, great bunch to live with.

There are 3 bedrooms but usually only the second room is rented, (although I'm open to occasionally renting out the 3rd bedroom for shorter periods - it is smaller and has lower rent). The house is fully furnished, including the rooms (but I don't mind if you prefer to bring your own furniture). - Room 2 currently has a double bed, wardrobe, and dresser/desk. - Room 3 has a single bed, desk, small bookshelf, and hanging clothes rack. This is not a party house and wouldn't suit a smoker or a heavy drinker and definitely no drugs. Also, would not suit somebody who is addicted to facebook, or who needs to photograph everything they do or upload their personal life constantly onto social media (looking for somebody who prefers to respect each other's peace and privacy at home). Hello we are looking for a housemate to join us in our 3 bedroom house. The house is fully furnished except for the 3rd bedroom and has a backyard for nice summer days. Overall great location only a short driving distance to St Kilda, Prahran and the CBD. Very comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom double-storey brick home in the heart of Port Melbourne. We have a heap of living space downstairs complete with a large living room, 46" telly and some very comfortable leather couches. The house was built in the '80s and is a private rental at the top of a dead end street, making for a quiet and cruisy place to live. The kitchen is also another large functional area, which has a gas stove, electric oven and all of the core necessities, so if you like your cooking like we do, you'll fit right in. Outside we have a veggie patch out the back and one at the front from which herbs and salads are seasonally available. You'll also find a highly productive lemon tree and an apricot tree. There is a bit of a gardening culture in the street which is useful when there is a weeding job to be done, and it usually turns into a pretty fun arvo with the neighbours. The house is nice and close to the South Melbourne market which offers sensational food. There are multiple Gyms, RBT and F45 within 2 a minute walk from the house. To get into the city it is a 15 minute tram ride, and it's a short walk down Bay St to the beach. You'll also find a great cafe, pub and yoga studio just two blocks away. In terms of bills, these are all split three ways and are in addition to the rent. Permit parking spaces are available at $79 for the year from the council. We have a cleaner who comes regularly and this is paid in cash.The house is a private rental. The Landlord is a lovely bloke who grew up in the house years ago who feels a great deal of sentiment towards the place.
