Great location and decent sized place as you can see from the pictures (they were the real estate listings ones, is now mostly furnished). 2 minute walk to the beach, and Bay St with Coles and other great cafes and restaurants. There is the 109 tram a 2 minute walk away or the bus on the door step, each take 15 minutes to get into the city. There is central heating, an electric toilet (its bizarre) and an out house in the garden attached to the laundry, which has a washer and dryer. Also have a great BBQ in the yard, and a lemon tree. Have some spring onion shooting up and failed coriander plant. The place is reasonably furnished but the previous tenant will be taking the couch and fridge so if you some furniture can probably accomodate. There is a 1/2 room attached to the lounge which currently has a futon in it but this can be converted to a study or a dining or a whatever. This isn't a party house, ideally looking for someone in a similar position as me, works a lot and wants a nice chill place to come home to relax.
