It is basically on the beach, walking distance to everything and the apartment block comes with a pool and gym. It is an older style apartment block but that means it is larger than the average apartment. My housemate has main bed and ensuite so second bed and second bathroom would be yours. There is ample street parking. The room will become available early April (I fly out Wednesday 4th April). The room can come with basic furnishings (bed, bedside table and drawers) or unfurnished.
