2 bedroom terrace house in Albert Park offering a large private bedroom for room share or a couple. It is carpeted, and has a large built in wardrobe, and separate entrance to small side courtyard. This is a nice quiet side street just off Victoria Avenue. This is a very safe area and I have been living here 16 years, so know the area very well. We also have a cat who does spend nights inside. He is a well behaved little man. We are 20 meters from the No. 1 tram (or a short walk to No. 12 and 96 lightrail). We are also approx. 500 metres to beautiful Albert Park beach. Supermarket and cafe strips just blocks away, or you can catch the tram to Clarendon Street or The South Melbourne Market. It's probably about 20-30mins to RMIT by tram. The price is $450 or $225 per person which includes internet and foxtel, but not bills.
St Vincent Street is so brilliant. It's wide and tree lined within 5 minutes walk of the bay, Albert Park Shops, Port Melbourne, and cafes. It's also a 3 minute drive to the supermarket and 5 minute drive to South Melbourne Market. The area is really chilled with beautiful parks at either end of the street. There are tram stops within 5 mins walk to get into the city, or it's a 10-15 minute drive to the city. The house is a 2 bedroom terrace home, with newly renovated bathroom (shower only) and separate powder room (toilet with sink and mirror). The kitchen has recently had all new appliances installed. It has both a rear courtyard and small front yard. There is great off street parking directly out the front of the house that is unlimited and doesn't require a permit. Minimal traffic goes through the street and the locals tell me it's a really safe street. I have it fully furnished except for the bedroom you would rent, the pics of the bedroom have a chest of drawers in it that are mine and you can use these if you don't have any of your own. I'm absolutely open to you bringing furniture/art to replace what I have and working through what is a best fit to make it feel like home to us both. There's 7 months left on the current lease with scope to extend.

It's a lovely, leafy spot we have in Albert Park: in our garden and beyond! There's our pretty little courtyard which we so often enjoy on a nice summer's evening (refer to wine fridge comment). Then, the expanses of Albert Park's many gardens. We're just two streets back from the beach, too. Inside, there's so much room - and not just in our master bedroom (the one that's up for grabs)! You'll have a bathroom to call your own, and a large dining room, living room and kitchen, too. We're on a month-by-month lease arrangement, so we're happy to consider shorter or longer term stays. Hi, This place is great because the room are all furnished with double beds, Its clean, and all the bills are included. Its only 200m from the Beach and 7 minutes on the tram which is around the corner, In the best part of the city the rooms wont last long.
My lovely house is right near the Albert Park village, with cafes, bars and shops. It's a short walk to the beach and MSAC, with St. Vincent Gardens across the road. It's a large room with built in cupboards and high ceilings. I've got unlimited WiFi, Netflix, a dishwasher, washing machine and small garden and courtyard. Overall, the house is spacious and has plenty of natural light.
