Working and socially active. In my 70’s. Good separation of space and I live upstairs. Flatshare downstairs with own lounge. Separate toilet. And own bathroom. And courtyard. Shared entrance. Looking for someone working. And who is quietly social! Must be non smoker. No pets. If only want short term will consider. Or longer term possible. Most important is you would take care of your place. The location is a townhouse beside the Grand Prix. In case interested to stay for Grand Prix. Price for couple 500 pw. And that includes wifi. Tv. Use of clothes dryer. 2 small fridges and kitchenette. Lounge has tv and desk. Beach and lake 5 mins away. Very comfortable and homely. Text best to organise time to visit.
