The flat is rather secluded, and on the same block of land as a tool making workshop, if you have a car there is a covered awning area for you to park it in, the flat is pretty bare as I’ve only just moved in and don’t really own much, it’s also relatively new build so it looks quite fresh and modern.

We are looking for some people to come share this great big farm house with us. The house is located on a massive block in Pearces Creek / Booyong with loads space and privacy from neighbours. It's a massive 5 x 5m bedroom with bay windows and an adjoining sunroom. The bathroom is shared with one other male flatmate who is often not home. So it's practically your own. The kitchen is shared but there is two fridges and ample room.
