About the property
I am looking for potential flatmates to move into a beautiful house in West Ballina. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a separate media room and large open plan kitchen, living and dining.
You would share a bathroom with one other person.
Ideally I am looking for a flatmate (s), not just a lodger. Someone who cares for the place they live and takes an interest in maintaining it. The house has a beautiful garden and swimming pool at the back where there are different veggies and herbs growing. Someone who enjoys this kind of set up and is interested in helping with some maintenance would be better suited to the house.
I also have a rescue American Staffy so I am looking for people who enjoy the company of dogs. I have to travel for work every other week and when I am away I get a dog walker to come in for an hour during the day. However, I do need flatmates who are comfortable and willing to feed her in the morning and evening whilst I am away, and pop her out for the toilet (this is a 5-minute task, once she is used to you).
A love of dogs in general is required.

I’m a female in my 40’s. I have recently moved to the Northern Rivers and still finding my feet, especially as I have to still commute to Sydney for work (this may change this year)
I adore animals and nature and during my spare time enjoy spending time with my dog, exercising, pottering around the garden and going for hikes and long beach walks.
I’m pretty social and enjoy having BBQ’s and a couple of drinks on the weekend.
I’ve lived with flatmates most of my life and enjoy sharing the occasional meal.
I am looking for people who enjoy their own time, but also enjoy socialising with others on the weekends. I enjoy inviting friends over and would encourage the same. It is not a party house, but is social on the weekends, especially with the pool during the summer.
