I've been living here for 2 years. The area is quiet, good neighbours, near the beach, near transport and shops. Air con, wifi, friendly Labrador. If you can turn a blind eye to the aesthetic misery of vertical blinds and the property front then all is good. It's fairly comfortable here. The rent here is $175 per week.
