We looking for a mature, responsible, professional female to rent a room in our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home. You will have your own room and share a bathroom with 1 other female.
It's a split level home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge upstairs. Plus a separate self contained studio downstairs, where I live.
The upstairs is spacious (around 140m2) with a bright and airy lounge / kitchen area.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, plenty of cupboard space and room for food prep.
There is a washing machine and dryer.
The lounge area has 3 large sofas, a flat screen TV that includes Netflix, Prime and Kayo subscriptions.
1000MBPS unlimited Internet included.
The location is excellent! A safe, quiet and private location. Millers Junction shopping centre with everything you need within 5 minutes walk, as is public transport. Bus to the city is 5 minutes walk away too or you can drive to the city in 15 mins.
Beautiful Altona Beach and its beautiful wetlands is 3k away with lots of cool cafes, restaurants and bars near by. There are bike paths everywhere.
There's plenty of free parking on the street outside.

About the flatmates
Hi I'm Geoff, an ex Londoner that works in marketing. I enjoy traveling, have visited around 60 countries and lived in 8. I am usually overseas for around 6 months a year. I'm desperately trying to learn Spanish. I'm always up for a chat and glass of wine when I'm around.
The other flatmates are a young professional from the UK and a professional from Hong Kong.
The vibe in the house is quiet, friendly, relaxed and respectful. It's not a party house at all. We always keep the flat very clean and tidy.
You will have your bedroom with built in wardrobe, which can be furnished or unfurnished whichever you prefer. You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 (one) female.
