Townhouse at the Summit. You would have the whole downstairs area to yourself (with exception to the shared laundry with washer & dryer) with your own bedroom, built in wardrobe, bathroom. There is also a second bedroom downstairs which is currently an office but could be turned into whatever you like such as a mini lounge/TV area for privacy. This room also has a small balcony which is currently used for drying clothes but what you use it for would be up to you. Upstairs is the shared kitchen, lounge/dining area and balcony. Our townhouse is located 400m from park beach and 600m from park beach plaza. It is only 2 years old, 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet downstairs. Downstairs we have the kitchen, laundry, living and an open courtyard outside. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have air con downstairs and all rooms have ceiling fans and built in wardrobes complete with mirror sliding doors. Our place is very secure with an electronic gate to enter the property and a code on the pedestrian gate. It is 5 min drive to the CBD and walking distance to the jetty. We have unlimited high speed wifi for $20 each a month and our electricity and water bills will be split evenly per quarter! Great location and a great new little place!
