About the property
The house is just a few minutes' walk from multiple beaches. It features a spacious backyard, with parking available in the driveway or on the street. The bedroom comes with a built-in wardrobe. The community in the area are amazing and people are warm and welcoming, meeting people happy to have a chat is all too easy on the short walk to the headland. we also have the legendary Mullaway shop a short bike ride down the fire trails for a frothin burger and chips. Pat and I like pursuing creative projects and have put together a workshop in the shed at the back.

room available in spacious 3-bedroom home just a short walk from the beach in Arrawarra. an ideal spot for someone who loves coastal living.
You’ll be sharing with Joel (27) and Pat (32) – both full-time workers who enjoy surfing, camping, and spending time outdoors. We’re into cooking, sharing a good meal, and catching up with friends on the weekends, but also enjoy downtime and keeping the house clean and cruisy.
The available room is a good size with plenty of natural light, and the house has a big backyard, open living area, and everything you need to feel at home. We’re open to someone long or short term – just keen to find someone friendly, respectful, and easy to live with.
