Small to medium sized (3.5 x 2.6m) room with a large west-facing window and built in wardrobe. The house is situated in a no-through road, meaning it is very quiet and peaceful, and the neighbours in the street are incredibly friendly making it a very secure property. The interior of the house has been completely renovated in the last 12 months, and there has been a rumpus room built on in the backyard which also consists of a large grass area. The exterior of the house is next on the hit list, so if you don't mind coming home to a house that isn't the prettiest on the outside (for now) it could be right up your alley.
