The house is newly built, fully furnished, and thoughtfully designed throughout, featuring stunning open plan living, a bright contemporary kitchen with quality appliances, gorgeous bathrooms, and lovely outdoor balcony areas perfect for relaxing or enjoying a morning coffee in the sun.
Bedroom 3 is located downstairs, offering a great sense of privacy, and can be fully furnished with a bed, bedside tables, lamps, and a desk, or left empty if you prefer to bring your own furniture and style the space yourself.
The location is incredible, just minutes from the city, around 20 minutes to the beach, and close to Morialta Falls for hiking, nature walks, and fresh air. It is also surrounded by great cafes, shops, and local amenities. All appliances are new and included (fridge, washing machine, dryer, etc.), and the home is very energy efficient thanks to being newly built, helping to keep bills reasonable.
The room is $350 per week and includes Wi Fi (bills not included). There is also the option to rent the garage space for an additional $50 per week.
You will be sharing with two busy, friendly working professionals (both female) who enjoy health, wellness, and coming home to a quiet, peaceful environment.
