The location is great, it's a walk away from the rising sun, the kenzi pub and norwood parade. Also if you are interested in yoga, there is a yoga studio right across the street from us. The neighborhood is quiet even with the pub 3 minutes down the road from us and its pretty safe at night (there was a period of time when I get restless and walk around the neighborhood with my housemate in the middle of the night and we make it home safe and sound every night *not jinxing it*). And even though it is a quiet area, the neighbors don't mind a little bit of loud music from time to time, my housemate used to have parties until 2 to 3 in the morning and we did not receive any complaints.
