We have a room soon to be available in our two-storey townhouse in Kent Town. The house is well maintained, with air conditioning, a BBQ and little garden oasis. It's a great location, within a 10 minute walk to Rundle street/CBD and a 5 minute walk down to the commercial area of The Parade. Tasty cafes, gyms and supermarkets are all in walking distance.
