Hi there, have a large bedroom available in a large spacious house in Norwood. It's within walking distance to pubs, restaurants, shops, the city. Firstly, just to save time reading this, sorry but I'm not looking to share with couples and I can't accommodate pets. Sharing the house with only one person (me). You will have your own bathroom, large bedroom, currently furnished with a good quality queen bed (may be able to move it if you have your own). The room has a large built in wardrobe. The house is kept clean and tidy, there is ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. Two living rooms with TV's, a dining area, open plan kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and many appliances. A laundry with washing machine. I'm a guy in my 30's, self employed. Very easy going, respectful and friendly. I enjoy going out with friends and equally like staying home and doing absolutely nothing. I'm quite social, but I'm not 'in-your-face' social, I respect that people want to have downtime and their own space/time to relax. I don't mind a drink or 5 and can't wait to get the BBQ out this summer! I'm mature in regards to house sharing and respect, but I don't like to take myself too seriously. I don't party and don't have people over during the week, but occasionally I like to have a few friends over for some drinks / bbq / footy etc. I'm a well trained housemate and have lived with both men and women. I'm looking for someone similar. Someone who is lighthearted, but respectful and mature. If you're still in your party stage of life then it's probably not a good start. I want to live with someone who understands pumping drum'n'bass at 12am on a Tuesday night is not a great thing to do. Equally someone who enjoys living in a clean house and doesn't need to be asked to clean... I'm not someone who likes a roster etc, I just like people to take the initiative to grab a vacuum once in a while before they notice their bathroom tiles are turning into carpet! You must be employed full-time or studying full time with the means to pay rent and bills on time. Thanks for reading and if you're interested please contact me. Adam Amenities: Short walk to supermarkets, cafes, pubs, banks, restaurants 24 Hour Mini-supermarket (OTR)1 minute walk away. Bus stop 1 minute walk away, runs very regularly to the city. This unit is just 4 km away from the city (an easy cycle, if you're so inclined) and with a bus stop also nearby. It's situated in a well established part of town, on a beautiful tree-lined street. The neighbours are quiet, and friendly. The unit is equipped with a washing machine, and has heating facilities also included. Wooden floors throughout, an additional 'lean-to' off the master bedroom, and plenty of storage space. An undercover designated car space is located at the rear of the property. The unit is still furnished - however, I can arrange to place my belongings in storage should you wish to install your own furnishings. Bills are not included in the weekly rent. In the way of internet, I have simply made use of a portable modem, however an internet connection wouldn't be difficult to install (I don't think - although that would be up to you to organise). Pets and smoking are a definite no, I'm afraid. I'd taken out a 12 month lease on the property (lease due to expire in January), however due to work commitments I've ended up travelling a fair bit and so am rarely at home. I'm not keen on sub-leasing, so if you're interested in renting the property, everything will need to go through the agent, at the discounted price listed above. Alternatively, if you like the look of the property, and would like to commence a 6 or 12 month lease, I would happily put you in touch with the agent.

The house is a 60's renovated bungalow, wrap round verandah, polished floor boards, high ceilings, art deco like with renovated kitchen and bathroom. There is lots of space for creativity and outside areas to get away. The area is great, walking distance to The Parade, Norwood and stylish Stepney.
Move date is flexible! Can be sooner or later. Decent sized room in an old bungalow style house, this room looks out into the massive backyard which houses a mandarin, lemon and an olive tree, and a dog most of the time. The room has air conditioning and unlimited (1TB) internet is available for $23.33 per month - not NBN but it has served us well so far. The room will be unfurnished, the rest of the house is furnished but we can talk about adding anything you may want to bring along. As for the rest of the house - there's a large lounge room, big enough dining room, small kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower, toilet, and is also the laundry, and the other bathroom has a bath and toilet. We have a fridge/freezer, washing machine and most other general appliances you can think of. There is a driveway (uncovered) and street parking available.
Great location close to city with multiple bus stops in the area - opposite shopping centre lovely big rooms and high ceilings. Garden and outdoor living space - perfect for dog. Front area on the left has a lovely lounge attached to a room where i teach piano from- due to teaching piano, these rooms are occupied 4 afternoons/early evenings during the week. Down the right side are two bedrooms, with the front room being for rent and doors can close off the hallway to create more privacy. Further down the hall at the back is a dining/kitchen along with a separate bathroom (shower and sink) and large laundry next to a toilet.
Pretty relaxed living space - great for studying and close to city, Norwood shops etc. Very old villa with lots of rustic charm and a nice garden with plenty of room to start veggie patches/ pursue hobbies etc. It's a lush place that is surely very inviting for those with a green thumb. The house is very old, circa 1880 and was likely one of the first establishments in the area. Yep they sure don't build them like they used to, and this old beast has certainly stood the test of time. With it comes the energies of families, lovers, artists and travelers from all walks of life across many different parts of the world. The space is a quiet place and best suited for those who like peaceful living, with the occasional dinner with friends and good banter. I have a large double room available at the front of the house. It has been recently repainted and has a queen bed, large standing desk, shelving and open hanging space for clothes. It is a comfortable space with lots of room. I would ideally like a couple in this room as it reduces rent and makes living here quite cheap, however i am open to single applicants also. With three people here it's $100 each per week, which includes ADSL. Water and electricity are extra and charged quarterly. I like being around people who are light hearted with a sense of humour, and preferable experience with share-house living.
Unfurnished bedroom available for Vegan/Vegetarian in a fully furnished, Federation era house at Trinity Gardens. Take your pick from one of three bedrooms available in this massive five bedroom house which is a short walk to the Regal Theatre on Kensington Road, a two minute drive to The Parade in Norwood and 5kms from the CBD. We are open to sharing with two individuals or a couple, as the house is large enough to allow for privacy and has two lounge/living room areas. The house is LGBTI friendly, has a massive backyard with an undercover entertainment area, a locked garage with one car space available, gas cooktop and plenty of storage space if needed. Great location, quiet residential area just 5 minute walk to The Parade and Magill Road. 10 minute walk to Glynburn Road and Portrush Road. 10 minutes by bus to the city. Close to shops, gyms and great eating places. Bath and shower. High double bed, great for storage.
The house inTrinity Gardens is a great location - 2 minute walk to the bus on Magill Rd, 8 minutes to the city, walking distance to Norwood Parade, a gym and Firle shopping centre. The house is in a shady, quiet street, is large, bright and airy inside, flooded with sunlight if you like that. We have a very big garden with fruit trees and a vegatable patch, with lots of herbs. There is plenty of space for outdoor entertaining (covered and open) and we have an electric barbeque and gas cooktop available for outdoor wok cooking or fish frying (which is better done outside anyway). Everything required for comfortable living is here. The person we are looking for will be easy-going, with neat and tidy living habits and respect for the spaces shared with others. He/she also needs to be reliable with rent and respectful of others and their need for privacy and security, also willing to do their share of household cleaning and up-keep. Age, gender, nationality is completely open. We would prefer a student or single working person.
Trinity Gardens is a great location - close to the city and walking distance from Norwood Parade. 8 minutes by bus into town, or 10 minutes to Magill Campus. Lots of cafes, restaurants and other conveniences nearby. You dont need a car to live here. The house is quite big, with large open living spaces, big windows and quiet bedrooms. The available room is furnished, but all of that can go into the shed if you have your own things. Big lovely garden with fruit trees and herbs, covered outdoor entertainment areas, garage for storage. All bills and WiFi are covered, so life can be trouble free. We are looking for an international uni student, a single working person, or traveller who will be around for a while. Age, gender, nationality is irrelevant. If you are honest, have clean living habits and know how to get along with people, you would be a good fit. A sense of humour helps. Environmental awareness would be a bonus
It's a small cosy fully furnished flat in the CBD in the east end of town with all the white goods you would need and furniture. I'm looking for an individual who is able to respect space, each other and loves food. This house has a fully kitted out kitchen and your room is fully furnished so just move in with your bags! Tenancy is subject to landlord's approval so you'll have to fill out a form for their approval and we have this place until February 2018 - with the option to extend. The usual restriction stuff if I remember correctly they don't want smokers and no parties in the house. Lovely neighbours and a quiet area so fair enough, they like it quiet. The free city link bus stops on Hutt Street is a 3 minute walk from the house and heaps of restaurants available with most major banks on the street. Location wise this place ticks all the boxes with the parklands just next to us! I am on Telstra's package for internet but it's not included in the rent. And I don't know how to fix the info above but looking for someone to stay until the 28th of February with option to extend.
Wanna live so close to uni, you can leave at 9 and still make it in time for a 9 o'clock lecture? Then our house in Hackney is what you're after. It's a gorgeous house with decent sized bedrooms, a large living area and a good size garden. The house is very close to the city, yet in a very quiet court. At the moment one room is available. Price listed is including water, electricity and Internet.

I have lived in 9 properties (including this) in 2 years in Adelaide, but this one is my favorite: 1) Location. The left is Ruddle St (famous bars cafes restaurants shops etc.) and Ruddle Mall (supermarket Mall etc.), anyway it is the most popular place in Adelaide, you never get bored and feel hungry here; the right is East Terrace and Rymill Park (convenient to everywhere on public traffic and calm down on Parkland!). The front is Uni Adelaide and North Terrace, the behind is the Adelaide college (language courses) and Grenfell Street. It is the heaven for students and people who like colorful modern fashion lives. 2) It is very very very quite though surrounded by business, bar and cafe. The windows of your bedroom (and the whole property) towards a quite street, and you will never be disturbed by any noise, even in weekend night. 3) Good furniture. The furniture is very decent in the apartment and the bedroom, though it is purchased by the landlord, it's not the cheap thing or sth. from IKEA. Even the detail is perfectly designed. I like to sit on the sofa on my balcony, enjoy and have a relax. 4) Large space. This bedroom is relatively large compared with others in CBD. It is around 12 square meters with double-bed desk chair wardrobes and some other basic devices.
