About the property
Hi! We're looking for someone to join our sharehouse in Norwood. We've been here for two years and love it! There's plenty of space for three of us with a big kitchen, nice little garden and outdoor seating area. The location is perfect - quiet street, close to the parklands and walking distance to the Parade, the city and Fringe.
The room available is a lovely large room that gets an excellent amount of light (unfurnished but option to keep the clothes hanger). There's also access to the study (neither of us are currently using). The rest of the house is fully furnished, but we can be flexible and there's some storage space in the garage.

About the flatmates
We're two professionals in our early thirties who are pretty easy-going and looking for someone similar :)
Jackson works Mon-Thurs in health and plays bass for gigs & weddings on weekends. He enjoys travelling, listening to records and gardening.
Daniel is a cameraman working mostly mon-fri but some weekends. He enjoys cycling, tennis, surfing, being outdoors, and recently is getting into sourdough (plenty to share)! We're both pretty busy during the week but have a nice relaxed vibe in the house with occasional shared meals and don't mind a movie night, boardgame or bottle of wine on the weekend. We often have a record playing in the living room in the evenings.
Our housemate is moving out at the end of February and we're looking for someone to sign onto the lease through to May (with option to extend the lease for a further 12 months). Ideally we'd like someone in their late twenties or thirties who is happy to share chores and hang out when we're all home. We share bills including gas, electricity and internet on top of the rent.
