Lease transfer

Unfortunately I’m relocating for work so I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in a very spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Kensington Gardens.

This is an opportunity for someone that wants the security of being the main lease holder, while sharing with housemates to keep costs down. The room (mine) available is a large ensuite double bedroom.

I've added some key details -
- Total rent for the house: $950 per week
- Your share: up to $385 per week all-inclusive ($250 rent + circa. $135 bills)
- Home has solar panels installed and electricity is usually under $150/month
- Happy to remove my furniture, or sell items you’d like to keep at a discounted price

This is ideal for -
- A female housemate, but everyone is welcome to message
- Someone looking for a quiet, clean, and comfortable home

About the home -
- One other housemate currently living in the home. She is clean, respectful, and easy to live with
- I’ve held off adding a third housemate in case whomever wants to do the lease transfer wants to come with someone they know
- If you’d prefer to move in solo, I can arrange for a third housemate (I already have a few interested), which will reduce overall costs

Important - Please note that as the main lease holder, you will be responsible for paying the full $950 per week in rent. By living with 2 other housemates, each paying $350 per week, this brings down your weekly costs to $385 per week for an ensuite double bedroom.
