I’ve got a room available in my anpartment and am looking for an easy-going, tidy housemate to join the household.

The house:
Comfortable home with fully furnished common areas, a good kitchen, laundry and a large balcony perfect for relaxing.

The room:
Fully furnished queen bedroom with great natural light, plus your own private bathroom.

Location perks:
• Only 8 minutes to the city
• Just 3 minutes to the Entertainment Centre
• Walking distance to the train station
• Close to IGA for groceries
• Huge choice of cafeterias & restaurants at Plant 4 Bowden
• Minutes’ drive to Brickworks Shopping Centre and Welland Plaza Shopping Centre

Costs:
Bond plus 2 weeks’ rent in advance totals $2240.
Bills are additional and split between housemates.

The vibe:
Respectful, relaxed household. We work/study varying hours and value cleanliness, personal space and open communication. Friendly chats are welcome, but it’s not a party house.

I am looking for:
Someone reliable with rent and bills, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. You must be willing to sign a rental tenancy agreement. Ideally suited to a working professional or student.
