This is an amazing place: you'll fall in love with the location and the million-dollar view from the lounge and balcony. Right in front of the ocean and a stone's throw away from Fairlight beach and pool (best if we don't actually throw stones), only 10 minute walk into Manly (maybe 20 if you're drunk and don't walk off the cliffs). There's a lock-up garage but off-street parking as well. There is one master bedroom and a smaller second bedroom, both with large built-ins. The $420pw is for the master, but the smaller room is $400pw (I'm willing to negotiate a bit on the rent, depending on your situation and if you're a cool person). The bed and furniture situation is flexible, in case you have your own stuff. The apartment was repainted and recarpeted when I moved in a year ago, so still has a fresh feel. The building itself has direct access to Fairlight beach, with a fantastic jogging route and on the Manly to Spit Bridge walk.

Hello everyone, We just got THE HOUSE, located in 12min walk to the Manly Warf. It s a 4bedrooms house with an great garden for summer (and any other season) bbq time. This rental property is an older recently -renovated 2 bedroom flat on the second floor. It is essentially simple, clean and sunny and situated in a quiet , well-maintained block of units, as most owners live in their flats. It is open plan with a large windows that open to good-sized balcony with the district views with lovely sunsets and night lights. The bedroom for rent is a bright average-sized room with a comfortable single bed, mirrored built ins with a built-in desk for studying. Bedding etc , a heater and lamp supplied as with kitchen equipment. It has a sunny living area with sofa and dinning table etc and a standard TV for common use. The kitchen is separate with a gas oven , microwave and small dishwasher and bathroom , although older, has bath/shower and toilet is separate. I have a landline phone with WiFi and bills ( bar landline) are included in the rental, as are household goods. The laundry is external and have a washing machine for common use. I use the carport but on-street parking is usually very easy to find. There is a storage area for a very limited amount of storage. Personally I love that the flat is very airy and enjoy watching the sunrises and sunsets- with some bird life as well The location is fantastic as on Sydney Rd (but not directly on street) and it is 5 minutes from a well -stocked grocery store and 2 great cafes at the local Fairlight shops and. It is 1 minute's walk to catch buses to Manly wharf. I love the beach and swimming and can walk to the beach in 20 minutes or Fairlight pool in 10. Great for an ocean lover, with easy commuting to Nth Sydney on 144/143 route , Warringah Mall and to city by ferry.

Amazing location - A short 5-10 minute stroll from the hub of manly, including the wharf, as well as being very near to Fairlight shops and the beaches along Fairlight walkway, such as Fairlight beach. Fully furnished townhouse with everything that you'd need. The place has 4 bedrooms with a split bathroom (toilet in a seperate room to bath and shower). Large, spacious kitchen and living room which are really nice and bright due to the large windows; separate laundry; shared grassy backyard with a hills hoist clothesline. Enclosed secure garage which is mainly used for storage at the moment, driveway is long enough to fit 3 cars and there is typically street parking too. Bedroom is unfurnished (potentially a frame and mattress available and low table if interested). Bedroom comfortably fits a queen bed (as shown in the photos) as well as additional furniture. Each room has a one-door built-in. There is additional storage space in one of the hallways, as well as garage. Rent is paid fortnightly, bond is 4 weeks rent. All bills are included in the rent. We take turns weekly to do a proper clean of the place to keep it nice and fresh. People cleaning up after themselves is really important to the house.

Right in the heart of fairlight it is a 3 minute walk to the manly ferry or beaches :) We have high speed cable internet/wifi and foxtel on a 60" plasma in the loungroom for hanging out! The kitchen is the size of the bedrooms too so plenty of space for making healthy meals :)
The house and the bedroom have incredible water views & filled with good vibes. It is a two storey house, with two kitchens, two lounge rooms, upstairs deck, a backyard and veggie garden- so there is plenty of space to enjoy. We are incredibly lucky to live in such an amazing place, so would love to find someone who can enjoy our little paradise for a little while! The room is HUGE...you get to wake up to amazing views of the water + can watch the sunset and rise. It is fully furnished, with high ceilings, wooden floors and freshly painted walls.
