This is an amazing place: you'll fall in love with the location and the million-dollar view from the lounge and balcony. Right in front of the ocean and a stone's throw away from Fairlight beach and pool (best if we don't actually throw stones), only 10 minute walk into Manly (maybe 20 if you're drunk and don't walk off the cliffs). There's a lock-up garage but off-street parking as well. There is one master bedroom and a smaller second bedroom, both with large built-ins. The room is $300pw (I'm willing to negotiate a bit on the rent, depending on your situation and if you're a cool person). The bed and furniture situation is flexible, in case you have your own stuff. The apartment was repainted and recarpeted when I moved in a year ago, so still has a fresh feel. The building itself has direct access to Fairlight beach, with a fantastic jogging route and on the Manly to Spit Bridge walk.

All rooms in the apartment have an amazing view over the harbour (and from the balcony too) and light throughout the day. Its a quick 7 min walk to the ferry or few minutes walk around the corner to the bus stop into the city and 10 minutes to the beach. There is on street parking with a permit or if you would prefer a lock up garage we could talk about this too (only fits a small car). The bedroom is a good size- could fit a queen bed but it is furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers, built in wardrobe also. The room could come unfurnished if you prefer.
