Hi! I’m 39, work full-time (hybrid), and enjoy a peaceful, well-kept home. I have a seperate office space for wfh days and keep things pretty calm during the week — early to bed, early to rise, and relaxed weekends.
There could be an option to extend/ take over the lease for a longer term option.
This space would suit a friendly, professional, and tidy housemate who genuinely values a clean, calm, and aesthetically pleasing home. I take pride in keeping the place beautiful and enjoy sharing it with someone who appreciates the same.
I’m easygoing and respectful — happy to share a meal, go for a walk, or have a chat, but equally value personal space.
You’ll also be sharing the home with my friendly and goofy groodle, so ideally you’re a dog lover (no other pets, but four-legged visitors are welcome).
