We are looking for a third (long term) housemate who is fun and considerate, and who is happy to socialise but is also respectful of personal space. The apartment has open plan living with wall to ceiling waterfront-facing windows and balcony for entertaining. We have plenty of secure storage available, and the third housemate will be sharing a large bathroom with Gail (who is clean and tidy). Excellent connections to the city with express busses to Wynyard departing every few minutes from the bus stop (a five minute walk north of our building), or catch the ferry to the CBD/Manly/Kirribilli etc from the wharf at the bottom of our hill (10 min walk). Excellent bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

A little gem in Neutral Bay - located in the heart of Neutral Bay Junction, right next door to the bus stop which brings you to the city in 8 min. There are L buses and the B-Line bringing you to the Northern Beaches in no-time and the bus directly to Manly also stops in front of the house. We live above a shop and only have neighbours on one side. The apartment is a 2-bedroom unit with a shared bathroom and separate toilet, open plan kitchen and a cosy courtyard. Perfect for BBQs and a glass of wine after work. The unit is fully furnished, your bedroom can come with a queen mattress if you need one (no bed frame though). The kitchen has electric cooking, microwave, oven/grill, fridge/freezer. There is a little courtyard which is perfect for BBQs, beers with friends or a bit of sunbathing in the morning. We have a separate laundry/storage. The place comes with internet, Netflix and Stan, normal cable TV and is supplied with all kitchen equipment. There are lots of cool little bars and restaurants around, and we live a 2 min walk from Woolworths and the bottle shop. Everything is super convenient! There is no parking spot, but you can park on the street after 6pm and there are a few parking spots for all day parking 2 streets further down, in case you don't need your car for a day. Electricity, internet, cable TV, Netflix, Stan are all included in the rent. Pretty much all bills are included, you don't have to worry about anything else. Happy to look into getting a cleaner a couple of times a week if that is something you would be interested in.
Just a heads up, house is currently all male (mix of sexualities though). We have no preference, so girls feel free to apply if you're comfortable with an all boy house. The harbour beach and Hayes St ferry are a 5 min walk, the ferry ride is 12 mins to Circular Quay with Airport train upstairs. The city bus at the door is 15 mins to Wynyard. It's a 15 min walk to Nth Sydney or Kirribilli for Milsons Pt train. Or walk over the Bridge to the CBD. Parking on the street is unrestricted. Supermarkets and Neutral Bay shops are a short walk to Military Rd, with bars, restaurants etc. I'm a self-employed professional who cycles and runs. The apartment is quite large with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 3 balconies, high ceilings within a secure complex. Leafy views from all balconies. Access to the pool. Laundry is internal and is available for use by all flatmates. It is not a party house. Internet access is included in weekly rent. It is close to 2 ferry wharves, multiple bus stops, a park, and Woolworths/Coles. The City CBD is a 10 minute bus ride. North Sydney train station is a 5 minute bus ride. The room is unfurnished with a built-in wardrobe. If furnishings is required I have a double bed and bedside tables available. It is available for medium to long-term stays, peferably a minimum of 6 months. You will have sole use of a full bathroom which includes a shower and separate bath. Great location! Just 5 minute walk from military road, and 5 minutes to the ferry. Beautiful water views from all bedrooms and an amazing shared terrace. The bedroom - double bedroom, which would fit double bed easily. It could fit queen but this would limit other furniture you can fit into the room. The room has a window with full views of harbour and even the harbour bridge! Very decent sized built in wardrobe. Television outlet in the room. Plenty of on street, unlimited parking (no permit required). I have kitchen appliances, cutlery etc and some living room furniture. Happy for someone to bring some of their furniture. :) Decent sized share bathroom.
