The flat is an art deco gem that feels more like a house. It is close to both buses to the city and the harbour and ferries. The location couldn't be better as it is both close to the city and only 20 mins to the beach! There are only 4 flats in the building and there is a shared courtyard out the back. The room even has a bit of a view across the harbour to the city. The room has a wardrobe and a futon bed but that can be moved if you have your own bed. We're looking to fill the void left by a departing housemate in our Cremorne Point house. The location (see the last photo for an aerial shot) Overlooking the water, the place couldn't be in a better location. The Old Cremorne ferry wharf is literally two minutes' walk away from our front door. At peak times, the 15 minute trip into Circular Quay leaves every 20 minutes. The Maccallum Pool overlooking the harbour is also a short walk away, if you're keen on some laps. Heaps of free, safe on-street parking is available adjacent the house.
