I am looking for a courteous, respectful and tidy flatmate to sublease my room for a 4 - 6 month period whilst I am away for work/travelling (please note that I am very flexible on this timeframe and happy to work with you to find a mutually beneficial arrangement). You will be sharing this lovely apartment with another girl (27), who is genuinely one of the coolest, down-to-earth, fitness‑focused gals around. She’s originally from Melbourne and recently moved to Sydney for her career.

The entire apartment is fully furnished, including my bedroom (which is the main bedroom). The room is extremely spacious—approximately 4m x 4m—and features floor‑to‑ceiling built‑in wardrobes spanning the entire length of one wall. The only thing you’ll need to bring with you is your own mattress, for health and hygiene reasons.

$615 per week for completely furnished room and apartment and INCLUSIVE of all bills (NBN fast speed internet, electricity and gas) - happy to negotiate for the right candidate.
