Cozy, clean, and fully furnished ONE-bedroom unit available from February 2026. We can negotiate which room (a private one — with a queen size bedroom, or a living room with a sofa you’d like to occupied).

Perfect location ~10 min from the CBD and Balmoral Beach, in the peaceful and safe neighborhood of Neutral Bay (close to North Sydney). Just 5 min driving from the iconic Harbour Bridge. Amazing views of North Sydney from the kitchen and living room.

$350 AUD per week, with a $500 security payment (refundable at the end if everything is in order).

Please, no pets and no smoking inside.
