Our awesome housemate Owen is moving and we are looking for a new housemate. Located 5 minute walk away from the Neutral Bay shops, bus stop etc. this apartment is in a great location. Perfect for young professionals working in North Sydney or CBD.
The room comes with an inbuilt wardrobe and queen bed. It also has 3 large windows that offer great natural light and a nice view. The windows and blinds have also been upgraded to be soundproof.
You would be living with myself and Abi. I work in North Sydney (consulting) and Abi works in CBD (accounting). We are friendly, and occasionally social, but mainly keep to ourselves and focus on work. We keep the place tidy and are respectful of each others space.
