Large open plan living/dining area with a balcony/deck. It is located on a busy road in Balmain so be aware there may be a bit of noise. It is on top of a bakery, but the best part about Balmain is the pedestrian life, shops, cafes, bars, pubs etc so it's great to be in the heart of that. Bus comes from pretty much outside the bakery and ferry is a short walk away. Things to consider: - it is on top of a bakery up a very large flight of stairs. there's no other way up or down so you need to make sure you can get your stuff and yourself up to the apartment safely! - I have enough furniture to fit a king single or double bed room, wardrobe, drawers, table etc. this would come at an increased price which is negotiable depending what you need if anything at all :) - The property is really lovely and the neighbours seem nice so I'd like to be respectful. Smoking is ok on the balcony but keeping the doors closed! - I am a pretty proactively clean person and whilst everything needs to be clean I like a house to be lived in so if you're super strict with it being a bit untidy then it's not for you. There lots of nice things about this place it's nice and bright on the 9th floor water view from each room in the apartment. I'm a pretty busy person so not home much. Work two jobs love my life have a good balance and enjoy all good things in life. Look forward to meeting you... it's fully accessible to the city and transport. 20 seconds walk to the water. Just a gorgeous area it's in the quiet end of pyrmont not the busy end.
We have a lovely 3 bedroom apartment in Jackson's Landing, Pyrmont that will have two bedrooms available in the next month. The apartment has access to two gyms as well as an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts. We are a 5 minute walk to Darling Harbour, Coles and IGA are both Close by & The Star Casino is around the corner. Our apartment has a dishwasher and reverse cycle air conditioning in all of the bedrooms.
