About the Space The room is a cosy, unfurnished double bedroom in a sunny two bedroom apartment. The apartment is part of an adorable duplex and is only a minute’s walk from the stunning Glebe foreshore. Shared areas of the apartment include a neat bathroom, and a spacious sun-drenched, open plan living and kitchen area. There is also an outdoor area and laundry around the back that is shared with our lovely neighbours. All shared areas come completely furnished and ready to use. Bills will be split evenly but are always relatively low. The room also comes with a car spot if you have a car. About the Area The apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the nearest bus stop and the Light Rail. We are also a 5 minute walk from Glebe Point Road so there is easy access to shops and restaurants. We are a 20 minute walk (5 minute drive) away from Broadway Shopping Centre. Just close enough for convenience but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city so that the area is very tranquil and quiet.

We have a room available in Annandale from 22/10/16. It's an awesome place, with a massive kitchen and really nice outdoor area. It's a split level house with a large telly room downstairs, a second bathroom and plenty of storage space underneath. We have 2 BBQs, on coal one gas, so choice is abundant. We're fairly neat, but won't lose our minds if there are a few dishes in the sink from time to time. The place is also air-conditioned (we're coming into Summer so this is a pretty good score). We do dinners from time to time and hold regular BBQ days with Cricket or even the beach if the weather permits.

Also if you check it out on google maps the area is extremely nice with good walks such as black wattle bay and fantastic social hang outs like the little guy or the different drummer within minuets of here. You would essentially take the apartment as is as the real estate would not do another entry inspection BUT would do another vetting process before you enter. This place is looking cleaner than when we moved in and there is no damage what so ever. We would pass over all paper work relevant including the initial inspection photos and report.
