We have a very modern furnished bedroom available in Illawong. The area is a perfect location for public transport, Coles, gym, Doctor's, Dry Cleaner, Hairdresser as well as restaurants all available at your doorstep. The room is ideal for a single person or couple with your own bathroom located across from the bedroom which also has a bath. The bedroom also leads onto a shared balcony. The apartment itself is fully furnished. The bedroom has a TV bracket on the wall if you would like to place your own TV on it. The room also has a Fan installed on the roof to keep you cool during these hot summer temperatures. There is on street parking as well as visitor car spots available on the lower ground which can be purchased for $25 per week. There is a bus stop across the road which will take you to the closest station being Padstow, if you do not have a vehicle. Bills are on top of the rent but we would be splitting them 3 or 4 ways dependant on whether we have a single person or couple living with us. Rent would need to be paid fortnightly.
