The house has 2 floors with 2 rooms on each floor, so offers adequate privacy.
Also, there are 2 separate living areas plus a backyard so enough space for everyone.
The kitchen, multiple living areas and dining room are all very spacious. There is air conditioning in the kitchen and family area.
From door to door, it takes 1 hour to cbd or town hall by public transport.

Hi there!
This is a cottage style peaceful living amongst nature and greenery.
There are 4 bedrooms in total, 2 rooms across 2 floors, with 1 person each in the other rooms.
So in total, there will be eventually 4 people in the whole house.
This is a very comfortable place for people to enjoy and relax but not a party house.
The first housemate is 18 year old Aussie guy and has just started working as a car mechanical engineer. He is a local and grew up in Engadine.
The second housemate is a 40yr old from Canberra who works as a lighting engineer.
We are looking for a respectful and responsible person as the new housemate.
