We are a friendly and welcoming family. We are pretty quiet during that week and out and about most weekends but when we are around we are happy to have a chat but won’t invade your personal space. The house is located in a quiet street close to a park near the Pumicestone State School. I work from a home office. It is a 5 minute drive to the train station or shopping centre and approx a 10 min bike ride. Rent is paid per week or fortnightly and includes unlimited internet, electricity and water. Unfurnished avail also. I am open to a small/medium size dog which must be child and pet friendly, however no cats due to allergies). You will have access to your own bathroom however would be required to share if the second room was also being rented out and my child would use the bath occasionally of an evening.
