We have two rooms available for rent with shared bathroom. The listing price is for one room, however if you wish to rent both rooms and own bathroom we would do $400 a week (for one person).
The house is just over two years old located in North Harbour Estate in Burpengary East. There is a media room and a kitchen with all utensils / air fryer / oven / BBQ / outdoor area that you are also welcome to use. Ducted Air-con throughout for those warm summer months and a ceiling fan.
All bills are included in the cost of rent.

Our names are Adrian and Christine and we are looking for one flatmate to share our home with. I work full time in health and Christine works part time and studies. Our party days are over so our home is always peaceful.
We are looking for someone who is working full time or working part time and studying who would treat our home as their own. We like to keep the place clean and organized so would like someone of similar mindset (Though we are not OCD).
