Easy access to highway. You would have to share a bathroom and lounge room with one other. The rooms have a ceiling fan and plenty of natural light. Also a large double wardrobe. I have solar panels so the bills are really cheap. Unfortunately there is no internet connection at the house. I'm after someone clean and working. Must have common sense and respect. Quiet little estate short drive to a lot of shops ie. Westfield northlakes. House has aircon, big gas stove in a nice kitchen. I live at the opposite end of the house and usually quiet most of the time. There is space for a car in the garage if you desire your pride and joy to be locked away. Both of the rooms available are with the shared bathroom and if I am happy with just one person I will take the other room down and you'll pretty much have your own bathroom etc.
