About the property
I'm looking for someone friendly to fill some space in my home. I have one unfurnished bedroom on offer in late February, with shared amenities including bathroom. Spacious patio to relax after a hard day at work. Washing machine, dryer and outdoor line available. Quiet spot in Morayfield within a brand new estate with lots of friendly neighbors that offer great community vibes.
House will be occupied by myself. I have one female flatmate and lovely couple already, looking for one more person. I have 2 friendly dogs, one that's all about the cuddles and the other is always full of beans!
The room is currently priced at $275/w. I require 2 weeks security to be paid prior to moving in, and if/when the time comes you wish to move out those last 2 weeks will be covered by that security. Price of unlimited NBN internet is included in rent. Electric, water and gas bills not included in rent, to be split by the number of non-dependents staying in the house.

Hi, I'm Tom! I'm 32yo, I'm usually pretty reserved and quiet, but at heart I am a goofball. My whole life is basically my 3yo Border Collie Lucy. I'm also a co-parent of a 14yo Kelpie named Zoey who is a little timid at the start but is the sweetest old girl. I try my best with a heavy work-life schedule to do activities and spend time with family, but sometimes it doesn't happen and I end up bumming in my room watching Youtube lol. I live fairly minimalistic and probably aim to keep things tidy and clean more than the average bloke. I work fulltime as admin during office hours, am in bed by 8:30pm and out the door as late as I can before I get in trouble with the boss lol.
