Built in the North Harbour Estate in late 2019 the house is build with modern features and building standards. The bedroom is a spacious 3x3.3m and has a standard size window with a built in cupboard. The bathroom and toilet is situated just across from the room.
Rent at $300 including bills Furnished with queen bed (optional), can be removed if you have your own furniture.
The living areas are well furnished and maintained in a clean and tidy condition. There is an air conditioner in the living room. The Media Room has a 65" TV with surround sound set up. The kitchen has a 900mm gas cooktop and oven with a fridge dedicated to housemates and walk in pantry. Large washing machine is provided but no dryer.
The highway is a handy 3mins away getting you to North Lakes Westfield in 15mins and Brisbane CBD in 40mins. Woolies and the nearest gym are 3mins away. The main street of Burpengary is within a 10min drive and has both Coles and Woolies, all major fast food outlets and World Gym Burpengary which is the biggest gym on Brisbane's Northside. Morayfield train station is about 10mins for those doing the daily commute to the CBD.
We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful where we can comfortably co-exist in the living spaces.

About the flatmates
My Wife (Nina) and I live in our 4 bedroom house and currently have 1 housemate but are looking to rent out another room to make life a bit more affordable. We have a 1yr old Corgi named Bentley who is very well behaved and house trained. We both work full time and enjoy a bit of health and fitness, Nina enjoys running and we both go to the gym around our work schedules. We have supplied an additional fridge for exclusive use of our housemates so solve any fridge space issues. We are looking for someone who is neat, tidy and no fuss to fill our second room.
