Unlimited internet and netflix. Pets welcome, fully fenced backyard. Close, to school and shops. Quiet neighbourhood. Im not home alot. I love to cook, so if im home im in the kitchen. It's a large spacious house with a master suite upstairs where I spend most of my time, leaving you with your own room, bathroom and loungeroom (with space for you to add your own tv if like). The outside of the house is a work in progress but as we are going into winter, that shouldn't really matter! The view from the front balcony is great! I have 2 dogs - a 3yr old Kelpie x and a 5 month old Staffy x. They are allowed inside/outside and sleep in my room at night. Due to already having 2 dogs here, I am not wanting any further pets. I would like a female, 20+ years who is easy to get along with. The house is fully stocked and furnished but if you have your own things we might be able to work something out as there are 2 spare rooms and plenty of storage :)
