The location is perfect for those who love to have drinks and dinner on darby street after being at the beach all day! Both are in walking distance or a short 5 min drive! The apartment is modern with bedrooms carpeted upstairs and ceiling fans in both rooms. Bedroom available slightly smaller so tenant pays less rent. Still fair size with built in wardrobe. Extra study space for more storage or actual study purposes! Bathroom upstairs and an extra toilet downstairs. Garage space for storage only. We can shuffle things around if a car is desperate to go in but its a little awkward space. Plenty off street parking. Balcony is perfect to chill with a book or a few wines on a friday arvo! Aircon downstairs when you feel like splurging! I don't have much furniture unfortunately so if you have some to bring feel free!
Lovely little townhouse located only minutes away from Darby st and the Anzac walk in The Hill. You can literally see the harbour from the balcony as well as the whole city but that is not all. The room is massive and includes a built in wardrobe. It has an old fireplace which is pretty as well as a "Juliet" balcony. Even though parking is on street, due to the barrier between the house and Darby Street, parking usually isn't an issue. House has most furnishings through out the shared areas (fridge, TV, couch, coffee machine) but a few will be going with the housemate moving out (dining table and washing machine) so will be being replaced in the near future.
