Room available for 2-3 months while I’m overseas. Looking for someone who is willing to take care of my cat.
I am going away on the 15/3 and returning mid may, I am flexible on return date and willing to discuss time that suits us both.

Tito has a big personality. He loves people and will follow you around and sleep on the end of the bed. Loves to play, eat, lay up and chase bugs. While Tito is quite low maintenance, he isn’t for the faint hearted. Can occasionally exhibit a wild side. But any cat lover will adore Tito.

The room is pretty epic. Very spacious, lovely merewether views and your own private en-suite. It is equipped with a ceiling fan and remote controlled black out shutters.
I’ll let the photos do the talking but I can guarantee you’ll have a very comfortable space.

The house is also epic. 3 story, large living spaces, great garage, small outdoor courtyard with a variety of garden herbs and a bbq Weber.
It is a 5 minute walk to Darby street, 10 minute walk to bar beach / Newcastle beach, 15 min walk to the city. Close by to the uni, very central.

I pay $300 for my room. I am willing for the person to pay $250 instead.
The room is in a 3 bedroom share house. One of our house mates (Jarrod) will be there for a month. My other housemate Cam will be overseas with me, he is potentially going to have someone stay in his room. We are willing to work in with you and find a person suitable.
