We are currently looking for a 4th person to join us in our big sunny house in Hamilton! House has 4 bedrooms, 3 big living areas, 1 bathroom, nice clean kitchen (with a dishwasher!), sunny balcony out the front and big pool out the back! Unfortunately not pet friendly as much as we all would love a house doggo! Rent is $142.50 per week with an extra $5 going to house items/reducing bill costs. Rent is paid one week in advance and bond is $595 paid to the outgoing housemate. Room itself is a bit small (3 x 2.7) but has comfortably fit a queen bed, bedside table and shelving unit. Wardrobe wise other housemates have used the portable racks and stored it in one of our big shared spaces with no dramas.

We're right by Beaumont Street so it's convenient for pubs, food, shops and public transport. Our favorite pub is Hamilton Station. Social house. Smoking household. It's an old house with no dining room, an average kitchen and two bathrooms (though we all use the same one to shower, it's just better). The lounge is the center of the house. The bedrooms are large compared to most rentals. One has a ceiling fan. I'll take more photos once the current housemates have moved out. Both rooms have space for a double (or larger) bed, a TV unit, a desk, and wardrobes/drawers. We have a washing machine and a dryer. There is an Xbox 360 and Xbox one in the lounge. The internet is unlimited and about $18 a month each. We have an outdoor area at the front of the house which we use for drinking in the summer. The backyard is used as our off-street parking. The rent is $120 per week. Bills are split by the number of inhabitants in the house (currently 3, eventually 5). Bond is $480, however we can figure out a payment plan if needed.
