It’s close walking distance to Beaumont street for plenty of cafes and bars, and a 5 minute drive to our other favourite spots the beach, Darby St, shops. The room is a decent size to fit queen bed and a few pieces of furniture and has a built in wardrobe. House is modern and has ducted air con. We have a garage used for storage only. We have plenty of space in our house so it never feels cramped. Although it is very rare all of us are home at once!
