About the flatmates
You’ll be joining a house with me (f, 36) and Nilesh (m, 32) and Olive the dog (f, 2.5).
I work in engineering and love being out in Newcastle at the beach, walking Olive or out at a nice restaurant with friends. Nilesh is new to Newcastle, works in metal fabrication, is very active with the gym and is a creative soul.
This isn’t a party house unless its a dinner party with good food, good wine and good company.
There is a spare room which is the study/craft room. So lots of space to do your thing.
Our ideal housemate is considerate of others, honest and trustworthy, wants to be friends with their housemates, enjoys a good chat and also enjoys down time.
