About the property
Room available for rent. Your room is furnished with a bed, desk and television with Netflix and all the other free to air standard television channels. Bedding is included, towels etc. Built in wardrobe and your room has a ceiling fan. All you have to do is bring yourself. Have internet, Netflix etc. You also have your own standard size fridge to use.
However if you do have your own bed and desk etc. I can store it for you.
It's a really great location. Braye Street is close to Waratah train station.
No couples. Not suitable for someone with children. Not suitable for someone working from home. If you work from home can you PLEASE not apply for the room. Where is the fun in organising an inspection and then disclose you work from home only for me to turn around and then say "this wouldn't work". Come on. It's so much easier just not to apply. Please. Trying to organise an inspection around work and social life is tricky. And if you already know the answer......why waste everyone's time?. Same goes if your a couple or have children. So much easier if you just don't apply. I've foregone work and shifts because I had a room inspection. And missed out on money. Come on. Meet me half way. Lol.
Looking for someone easy going, clean and tidy.
Yes pets are considered but only a SMALL/MEDIUM dog allowed. Dog must be friendly and get along with other dogs. Your dog will have to meet Walter at the initial inspection (need to ensure they get along). Walter is a pretty chill dog.
Not suitable for someone who wants to stay 4 - 6 weeks. Am looking for something more permanent. Say 3 months minimum stay.
I am getting a few people coming to view the room and then disclose they only want to stay for 6 weeks. I have said no to all those offers and will continue to do so. If you are looking for a short term stay I am not interested. So please don't arrange an inspection time with me if that is the case. I'm looking for a three month minimum stay.
Have got a little sausage puppy called Walter. He is a big sook. Loves cuddles and pats.

I'm pretty easy going. Up for a chat but also can respect people's down time. I'm a huge movie buff, love walking around glenrock lagoon, going to cafes and reading. Also love taking my dog Walter to the North Lambton dog park. When I do see my boyfriend, I usually go to his place.
