Living in a newly (almost completed) renovated house. It is 3 bedroom, two bathrooms (ensuite partnered with the main bedroom). There is unlimited NBN provided. Both are quite large rooms and have spacious built in wardrobes. Bed 1 has air conditioning and french doors that open onto the front patio. A short bike ride or walk to the Maryville Tavern, Equium Social, Barrio, Perry the Feeder truck and of course KFC. As mentioned, we are still slowly working on the house. The landscaping is gradually getting done as well as the painting. I need someone who will be patient with work being done every now and then on Saturdays and the odd occasion where a plumber or electrician will need to come by.
It's a single-storey building with a HUGE bathroom and back yard (lawn maintenance is included in rent). We have a gazebo (!) and we always tend to eat sitting on the steps looking out over the garden. The room for rent is quite small but links up with the dining room that isn't typically used (we either eat in the living room that is separate or in the kitchen/on the balcony) so you can spread your stuff out into that room should you need to (as I did). There is typically no air conditioning (except for super hot days we cram into the living room and have it blasting) and my room will be unfurnished except for the clothes hanger should you wish to have it. Chill vibes, a (potential) veggie garden that could do with some TLC, and animal friendly. Best house in Mayfield! And the kitchen has a gas stove. The lease ends in 6-7 months and we are looking for someone to move in over the next few weeks. Also the first picture of me with the flowers is just to show you how massive our back yard is.
