We're right by Beaumont Street so it's convenient for pubs, food, shops and public transport. Our favorite pub is Hamilton Station. Social house. Smoking household. It's an old house with no dining room, an average kitchen and two bathrooms (though we all use the same one to shower, it's just better). The lounge is the center of the house. The bedrooms are large compared to most rentals. One has a ceiling fan. I'll take more photos once the current housemates have moved out. Both rooms have space for a double (or larger) bed, a TV unit, a desk, and wardrobes/drawers. We have a washing machine and a dryer. There is an Xbox 360 and Xbox one in the lounge. The internet is unlimited and about $18 a month each. We have an outdoor area at the front of the house which we use for drinking in the summer. The backyard is used as our off-street parking. The rent is $120 per week. Bills are split by the number of inhabitants in the house (currently 3, eventually 5). Bond is $480, however we can figure out a payment plan if needed.
