The house is a nice quiet share house. There's a big backyard with a dog, two outside cats and chickens (lots of extra eggs) a few mature fruit trees and a veggie patch. The house itself is quite old however has quite a few modern luxuries. There is 100Mbps NBN included in the rent, as well as a large reverse cycle air con (2 years old), dishwasher (6 months old) and a large modern fridge, washer, dryer (18 months) and a BBQ. The house looks a bit rough front the outside but is fairly well insulated and does well in summer and winter with the air conditioning. The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated relatively recently and the kitchen itself is fairly spacious with a large island bench. The house is fully furnished including a bed and bedside table in the bedroom. Three bedroom has a ceiling fan and blackout curtains on the window. Rent includes electricity, water, and internet. The internet is metered during peak times to 250GB per month and unlimited off peak but we can increase the plan of it becomes an issue. Netflix is unmetered and we never come close to the limits. Electricity shouldn't be an issue for normal use as the air con is already used for heating and cooling the whole house but if you want to go crazy with fan heaters or mine Bitcoin in your room I'm sure we can work something out.

Hey Legends, I have just moved into a lovely, modern house in Waratah that is 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, back yard, modern kitchen and a shed with plenty of storage. The couple who have resided here for over a year now are moving to QLD in a few weeks as one of them has been offered a job up there, and the guy livingin the other room moved down from Townsville a few weeks ago, only to then be offered a better job back up there so is moving out at the end of this week also. Which means we all move out or I orchestrate a new household of people and continue living in the humbe abode with the intention to eventually sign a 6 month lease when the right housemates have been found. BOTH rooms that are available have built in cupboards and cieling fans and are of a good size, one bigger then the other - the larger room is $180 p/w and the slightly smaller room is $165 p/w excluding bills, wifi, etc. Great area, close to shops, parks, town.
