The house has recently been modernised with a great kitchen, shared bathroom and laundry. The lounge rooms open up to the back deck which has 2 bar fridges as well. There are two rooms at the front of the house, mine and the guest room. Your room would be located at the back of the house allowing for privacy. You will need to furnish your room but the rest of the house is fully furnished. There is on street parking, however two cars fit great right out the front of the house. A garden shed for extra storage and large built in cupboards throughout the house! (notes furniture in pictures are from previous owners)

It’s a three bed, 1 bath with a modern kitchen and great outdoor area. I’m ideally looking for someone around my age, who is social and doesn’t mind having visitors over from time to time. The bedroom is situated at the back of the house so there is privacy for the both of us. The room is available immediately for the right person! As i work rotating roster my dog is left at home so you’d have to be comfortable having him around when I am not home.
