This beautiful house in Margaret St is quite small, but the backyard is quite big! So yes, your fur babies are welcome. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, and I’ve got beautiful neighbours! There is a little study room if you’re a student, gamer or whatever (unlimited wifi available but not included). One main bathroom, newly renovated and quite fancy - best shower and bathtub ever!! There is also a second toilet located out in the laundry, attached at the back of the house. There is a nice big split system air con/heater situated in the lounge room which easily heats/cools the house in no time at all. The bedroom available is of very good size with a big built-in wardrobe, Foxtel points and more powerpoints than you’ll know what to do with. Also, brand new carpet! We’re really close to Newcastle/Nobby’s beach as well as Newcastle CBD so public transport is really good. Also the house is nice to be in (it’s cool in summer and warmish in winter). May allow pets if they wouldn’t clash with the cats.

The area is nice and quiet; 500m from Wallsend shopping village, 6 min drive the Jesmond Stocklands, 5 min drive to Uni and a 20 min drive or $18/20 uber into town so great location. Super close to Newcastle Link Rd too which makes it easy if you want to day trip to Sydney, Central Coast or the Hunter Valley. Personally I thinkthe best feature is my dog Cali!! You will get the love and attention from Cali, who will perk you up no matter what kind a day you've had. She has such a beautiful chilled out nature. Pete and me are friendly, but we work alot so sometimes we can go weeks not seeing each other. So the house is pretty chilled out and you wont have roomies in your face 24/7, we are always down for a chat though when we cross paths. Pete takes care of the outside of the property while me and the new tenant (you!) take care of the inside of the property and we do this by an alternating cleaning roster. Tenancy is conditional to full time work and/or study or a combination of both. Upon moving in you will be expected to sign a flatmate agreement and we will have a months trial to see that you are a good fit for the house demographic.
