We live in a gorgeous three storey townhouse right near Throsby creek, and we're looking for someone to fill the third bedroom. Super close to the city and a 10 minute drive to the beach, it's in an ideal location. The bedroom is huge and has a walk in wardrobe, ensuite, and balcony. The rest of the house is pretty neat and tidy. There's a spacious lounge room and dining area, the kitchen is pretty new (and comes with a dishwasher!), and a paved courtyard out the back.
