OVERALL DESCRIPTION
The property is a 1500 sqm block with two homes divided by a
Saltwater Pool. A Barbecue Area Poolside Deck plus 6m x 8m fully covered deck area and paved areas where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the relaxing tropical atmosphere of the gardens.

The bush reserve at the rear of the property creates a very relaxing ambience where you can even watch the native bird life from the deck. It is like a little oasis in suburbia.
There is one room available it is $235 all bills included. You will live with a mid 30s housemate who is a crane driver only there 4 days a week for work and then goes home on weekends to family. A couple is in another room opposite end of property who work 6 days a week. It is a quite home centrally located with a great swimming pool area to relax in. There is a reserve at the rear which gives the space a zen like feel that you are not really in suburbia. Lots of native birdlife in the area.
PAYMENT
4 Week security deposit and when leaving request a 4 week notice period to enable me to make a good decision when choosing housemates so they fit in well with everyone here.

All rooms have remote fans.

SERVICES PROVIDED
Responsible use of Electricity, Water, Gas and I give you access to my NBN Wifi. All Furnishings and Bed Linen are available if required.

Room description
This room is in second house it is a single room with a very large built in desk area perfect for a student. Cost per week is $235 inclusive of bills this room is available from 27th Dec.

PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT A PARTY HOME it is a nice relaxing friendly quite home that provides some great areas where everyone can enjoy themselves and not be on top of one another and have their own privacy.

Housemates range in age from mid 30s.
