I’m the property manager, Emma, and I don’t live at the house anymore but it was my home through University.
The house currently has 2 housemates. Morgan is an IT contractor in their late 30s and enjoys tabletop gaming and science documentaries.
Vy, originally from Vietnam, is in her late 20s and studying a masters degree. When she’s not studying she enjoys crochet and reading.
Both are warm and friendly, but have their own lives. It’s not really a party-vibe, but it’s a really comfortable, safe, place to live. It’s quiet and perfect for a student.
Ideally looking for a housemate who’s lived in share houses before.
