My housemate Charlotte and I are looking for another female housemate to join us mid to end of February. We are looking for a like-minded flatmate who is proactive with house and yard chores, clean and tidy, does NOT smoke, will pay bills on time, is respectful of individual and communal items, and who could ultimately become a friend!
I work full-time in Town Planning, and like to come home at the end of the day and relax, so if a party house is what you’re looking for we won’t be a good fit. I do love a girls wine night in, and I’m often road tripping on the weekends with my pups 🐶 . Charlotte is originally from the NT, she also works full-time in Early Childhood Education. Charlotte is often out and about but also loves having quiet time at home too 😋
The room will be ready mid to end of February the date is a little flexible (for the right fit) as our current housemate is moving overseas. The room is unfurnished.
