Hey, our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse is going to have a spare room coming up. Our housemate's visa is running out so he is heading back to Scotland hence why we are looking for someone. The house is only 12 months old and I bought all the furniture in January so everything is in amazing condition. The bedroom itself is pretty big, our housemate at the moment has a double bed, bedside table and a set of drawers with room to move around. It comes with built in wardrobe and an air con/heater.
