My home is a two-storey unit with new kitchen, bathroom and laundry, and floorboards upstairs (where the bedrooms are). It is a two-bedroom, one bathroom, but there is also a second toilet in the laundry. There is a small courtyard and deck out the back, and a reverse-cycle air-conditioner upstairs. The bedrooms have good storage with full wardrobes as well as shelving, and large windows. The windows are double-glazed, and there are security screen doors at the back and front. It's in a great location, right across the road from Woolworths and the shops, near the station and only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately we can't have pets, as I have allergies. Room is available from after the 19th May, as my roommate is not moving out until after this date.

Southland Shopping Centre is only a few minutes drive or an easy walk and there is also a small shopping strip nearby. There is a large park at the end of the court and Cheltenham or Southland Trains stations are easily accessible as well as bus routes along Warrigal Rd. Beaumaris beach is very close by if you are a beach person.

There is a gym, sauna and pool on site and access to a storage cube. The apartment is furnished but the room will be unfurnished. Bills will be split evenly as they come in. There is street parking available and an IGA and cafe in the apartment block. Air Con is available in each room and is individually controlled. Ideally I am after someone for around 9 months. Sandringham train station is 2km away with a bus right out the front of the unit that takes you straight there. Southland shopping centre is 2km in the other direction that has it's own train station.
