Amazing Seaview, awesome sunsets mingled with the sound of crashing waves right from the lounge room even the bedrooms. I only have to cross the road to get to the beach :). Cafe and pizza down stairs and approx. 15 min walk to the Mentone shops and train station. I'm looking for someone who's not housebound, enjoys a life and is clean, tidy, responsible and considerate. Visitors are allowed but not all the time. Should have the courtesy to let the other person know. That goes for both of us. The apartment is open plan but not huge so makes sense. I'm quite social in nature but a big one for my own space. Besides, good to have our own space after a hard days' or weeks' work. Brand new townhouse that I've moved into in a new estate. It's three bedrooms (I'm in the master) and my housemate and I need a new flatmate for the third bedroom as our other housemate has bought her own place and will be leaving us. It's a townhouse with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first level and living room, kitchen, laundry and small back yard in a ground level. The living room has two couches, 55" smart Sony LED tv, Play station and a good stereo system. Telstra Wifi is also ready to use. Laundry has a washing machine. I work in the government sector in the CBD but commute happily because I love where I live. At home on weeknights, I cook my own dinner and relax. On weekends, I'm usually out and about socialising, exercising, shopping or away on weekend trips. My flatmate and I shared meals every now and again but its not essential for the next person. I'm pretty flexible and looking to live with someone where we can create a friendly, open and happy atmosphere together. My way of contributing to this is to keep the house fairly clean by cleaning up after myself and pets, being open to getting to know each other and hanging out at times at home or in the area, while also respecting each other's space and privacy.
