The laundry has a washer, dryer, iron and iron board, vacuum cleaner and the living room has a TV and air-condition. The house also has hardwood floors, central heating, a huge backyard with orange and fig trees and a wooden deck. Both rooms are currently furnished with a single bed, brand new mattresses , night table, lamp and wardrobe, so all you need to bring is your suitcase. Main bedroom is quite big so there is plenty of space if you want to add your furniture. If you want to bring your bed and your furniture that is fine as well, we will move the existing in the garage. It is a great place, nice and clean and quiet. And the deck and garden are perfect for relaxing. Having orange tree in the garden means, you can drink fresh orange every morning. You should be clean, a non-smoker, can pay your rent and bills on time. Minimum length of stay is 6 months. I’m currently in Canada until Feb 2018. I just signed the lease for the house when opportunity arose for Canada and I didn't want to miss it. My mum will show you around if you are interested. The rooms are available immediately. The rent is $850 per month for the master bedroom and $780 for the smaller one and a bond of 1 month rent is required. Your room was a dining room converted into a bedroom so has double doors opening onto lounge, which we keep closed, as well as door to hallway. It is a smaller room but can fit a double with space for furniture. We also respect people's property so feel free to spread your things out throughout the house and make it your home :) There is a decent sized backyard with a shed that's been converted into a gym and extra lounge/rehearsal space. There is also a large veggie garden which is still a work in progress. Laundry is external to house, with dryer, an old school hills hoist clothesline, plus we have ropes in the gym for hanging things indoors. Kitchen has a little nook which I use as a sewing corner/table space. Gas stove and oven. Bathroom has seperate shower and bath, toilet is seperate to bathroom. House is situated across from servo and next door to chemist, but is on a main road so if noise is an issue or you're a light sleeper, best not apply.
