Our house is newly built less than 2 years ago and has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 living areas and plenty of room for backyard fun and a garage shed used for table tennis, drums and a mini gym.
4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are upstairs - which we use. You will have your own bedroom completely separate from our floor in the downstairs area and a modern shower/toilet right next to your room. Laundry/Dryer is shared and we have the latest Bosch Series 8 (Wifi controlled) washing machine and dryer that does a great job when on the go. Downstairs, you also have access to a large 8mx4m living room with Smart TV/Netflix/Amazon Prime/Disney Plus; a modern stone benchtop kitchen, servery, dining and formal living room.
The house has a great and large-serene view to neighbouring trees and skies and is filled with natural sunlight all day. The house has both ducted heating and cooling and 5.5kwh solar panels to help reduce electricity bills. We also have a secure automatic boom gate in front for which you will have your own remote control.
In all, this would be a great place for you to move in and stay in a comfortable, warm house with friendly loving family

About the flatmates
Hi, we are a family of 5 - me, my wife and our 3 kids (17years old boy, 9 years old girl and a 2 years old super cute and friendly cavoodle puppy - named Snuggy)
Both me and my wife work fulltime in IT //with her travelling to office ~2times a week while I travel on a needs-basis. Kids go to the same school and we have normal school drop-off/pick-up schedules with most days doing for after-school sports activities.
Our workday starts around 615am and post dinner and tidy-up ends around 10pm-11pm. Evenings are mostly occupied with meal cooking, school homework and light cleaning tasks.
Weekends are more chill with late starts and kid sporting activities and shopping/outings. We also love 'movies nights' in our upstairs living room post dinner
