Heyyyaaaaa!!!! My cute pad is in Parkdale! I have a ground floor 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment and am looking for a cruisy flatmate to live here with me and my staffy Jax. The room is not available until late August after my current flatty moves out to travel but it comes with a Netflix log in so it's worth the wait! It is a fully furnished bedroom with tall boy drawers, single wardrobe with a queen storage bed and the room is super bright, light and comfy. It's 2 minutes walk to the train station, 5 mins walk to the beach. Its in a quiet apartment complex which is surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants and 5 mins drive to southland shopping centre. It is super close to the buzz in Mordialoc and 45mins from the CBD by train, the Parkdale hub is an awesome little place to live. If you don't love dogs, then stop right there.....you aren't the right flatty for us! You have to be a dog lover because I have a super cute and crazy staffy. You need to be happy for the dog to be inside and outside of the house. He does sometimes jump and can be naughty at times but is also super loving and smoochy once he gets to know you. I am pretty social but I am currently saving for an overseas holiday/trip so I can be a little bit of a home body at times, while I am saving my pennies! I am looking for 2 flatmates. One room is a large room at the back of the house which you access through the back yard (pictured), so is separate from the house which gives some privacy. The room will be empty or can have a queen bed if you need, there is plenty of room for other furniture in the room like a desk/ couch and happy for you to use the standing wardrobe (pictured). The room also has full split system air con/heater as does all rooms in the house. Room 2 at the front of the house has the exact same split system aircon/heater, slightly smaller but still a great size and does contain a BIR. The house contains all of the usual appliances and a separate laundry. There is a main bathroom which includes a toilet and also a 2nd separate toilet. The house is a short walk to Cheltenham train station- which is one the stations always included in the express train services running to and from the city in 20 minutes- I get on this everyday.
