Hi! I'm looking to rent out a room in our modern townhouse. Walking distance to the beach and 10-15 walk to both Mordialloc/Parkdale stations/cafes/shops. There is also a local grocer/butcher/cafe 2 mins walk away. I'm renting a large room with a built in robe. My daughter and I live upstairs and share an ensuite and the room I'm renting is downstairs and has it's own bathroom. The room can come fully furnished, but I'd prefer a flatmate with their own bedroom furniture (so my daughter can have the double bed and finally get rid of her pink toddler bed)! There is on street parking. If you're unfamiliar with Parkdale it is a beautiful and safe neighbourhood. There's a generous sized fenced courtyard which comes with a BBQ that you're welcome to use 😊
This place is pretty central to everything. Its has big bedrooms, huge kitchen, gas cook top and oven, big backyard, 2 lounge rooms, 2 showers 2 toilets. The spare room is unfurnished but can be if you need. I've included netflix and MSN broadband WIFI and bills into the rent. There's 3 of us living here and a couple of friendly dogs, all chilled out and get along well. Try it out for a week or so and if it's not for you keep looking, easy come easy go. If you smoke or blaze do it outside. Keep the place tidy is all.

Brand new townhouse that I've moved into in a new estate. It's three bedrooms (I'm in the master) and my housemate and I need a new flatmate for the third bedroom as our other housemate has bought her own place and has left us us.
