There is a large room downstairs you can use as a study if you work from home or need private space. The property has a gorgeous back yard as well . No pets as I have cats and dogs (occasionally) . You can have the bedroom furnished or unfurnished. The property has refrigerated aircon and ceiling ducted heating. Gas hot water on demand. Internet provided
If you don't need internet I can reduce the rent to $390 per week

Bills are included and equate to about $50 per week for gas electricity internet and water so rent is effectively $350 per week
